Paul Langan, Founder of High Speed Rail Canada has been invited to speak at the American Public Transportation Association(APTA) 2nd International Practicum on Implementing High Speed Rail in Baltimore Maryland.
For immediate release.....May 3rd, 2011. Paul Langan will be a guest speaker at the APTA practicum May 4th at 1:00pm.
High Speed Rail Canada's mandate is to educate people on the benefits of modern passenger rail. They do it through their website http://highspeedrail.ca , Blog, Youtube channel, Facebook sites and public educational sessions.
Paul Langan states,"I am very pleased to speaking at the APTA practicum. I believe it is critical that more dialogue happens between the USA and Canada on this issue. Our international passenger rail border crossing opportunities are being ignored."
